    User Verification and Eligibility

Currently, the categories in which users can set up a platform account are somewhat limited, but all verified professionals in this area are welcome to create an account.

    Account verification will be conducted by The Platform Report in accordance with best practices. In order to create or claim an account, you must submit information that is accurate and correct to the best of your knowledge. Inaccurate information could result in the removal of profiles. The Platform Report has the right to remove or modify profiles for any reason at any time. Ultimately, it is up to the platform to decide who is listed and who is not.

    Service Provider Vetting and Responsibilities

    The Platform Report uses a variety of processes to verify records. Claiming records may require any of the following: document submission, registration with an authorized email representing the brand, or a manual vetting process including a phone call or video call with a member of The Platform Report team.

    Service providers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of their profile information, maintaining necessary licenses and certifications, and providing high-quality services to users. Service providers agree to indemnify and hold The Platform Report harmless from any claims or damages arising from their actions or services provided through the platform.

    User-Generated Content and Reviews

    Users of the platform promise not to submit incorrect information, claim to be a service provider that they are not, or otherwise list information on the platform that is not factually accurate to the best of their ability. Information submitted through The Platform Report platform may be modified for length, brevity, or to fit into the constraints of the platform.

    Dispute Resolution and Liability

    4.1 Refund Policy: The Platform Report will review and issue refunds for leads that did not match the service provider's criteria or were otherwise invalid. Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy and provided at the earliest available opportunity.

    Termination and Suspension of Accounts

    6.3 Consequences of Termination: Upon termination, users will lose access to the platform and any associated services. The Platform Report is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from account termination.
